It feels like I’ve been making lunchboxes forever… and it’s only April. Yikes!

If you’re feeling the same way, trust me Adriana, you’re not alone.

Confession time: my daughter doesn’t eat sandwiches. Yep, the lunchbox staple that most parents rely on is totally off the table in our house. So, every week, I find myself getting creative, trying to balance something healthy, delicious, and actually edible for her. Sound familiar?

Here’s the thing: lunchbox prep doesn’t have to be this hard. It doesn’t have to be perfect—it just has to work for your kids. And if you’re stuck in a rut, I’ve got something that can help!

Tip Of The Week:

If sandwiches aren’t your kid’s thing (like mine), focus on variety:

Swap the sandwich for wraps, quesadillas, or bento-style meals with proteins like cheese, edamame, ham rolls, or yogurt

Add easy-to-eat fruits and veggies—cut them into bite-sized pieces and include a dip to make it fun!

Remember: the goal isn’t perfection, just balance and foods your child will actually enjoy
